Luigi is built by the team at Dreem Studio — two founders, one focus: making AI actually useful for businesses that run on human relationships.

We didn't start with restaurants. We started by watching them. A GM at a London brasserie once told us he'd lost four tables in a single Tuesday service, confirmed online bookings, no calls, no shows. “I'd have called them myself,” he said, “but I was already on the floor.” That stuck.

A few weeks later, same story in Paris. Different restaurant, different owner, same dead tables. Same resigned shrug. At some point the shrug becomes a product.

Where we operate

Currently running pilots in London and Paris, with Miami and Dubai next. We work with premium independent restaurants and groups, where every empty table genuinely hurts.

Our clients range from independently-owned neighbourhood bistros to multi-site dining groups, typically restaurants where reservations account for the majority of covers, and where a no-show on a busy night genuinely changes how the evening turns out.

On data and compliance

Luigi handles guest phone numbers on behalf of restaurants. That's not something we take lightly. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the confirmation process, and all handling is in compliance with GDPR. Restaurants own their guest data. Luigi is just the voice that makes the call.
