Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Luigi AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, managers, and authorized personnel.

Luigi AI provides an AI-powered voice confirmation system for restaurant reservations. The Service includes automated phone calls to restaurant guests, a management dashboard, call analytics, and reporting tools. The Service is designed to reduce no-shows by confirming reservations through voice interactions.

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to make calls unrelated to reservation confirmation.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are the data controller for your customers' personal data and that Luigi AI acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis and customer consent for reservation confirmation calls, as required by applicable data protection laws.

The Service may record calls for quality assurance and to provide call summaries. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding call recording disclosure in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that calls are made by an AI system and that guests may be informed of this during the call.

Pricing for the Service is as communicated during onboarding or as published on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trial terms, if applicable, are specified at the time of registration.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is the intellectual property of Luigi AI. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luigi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may close your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
